Terms Of Service

I will need the following from you:
▪ What you'd like to commission▪ A ref sheet with all necessary markings visible.▪ Pose/expression/concept or any ideas you got for the piece.▪ Any other notes/infoIf pose/expression wishes are not included I will accept artistic freedom. Please tell me your pose/expression wishes if you are not okay with this

General

▪ When commissioning me you agree to the following terms of service, it is on the customer to make sure they have read them when contacting me.▪ I have the right to decline any commission for any reason▪ Terms of Service may change at any time. The ToS relevant to each customer is the ToS available once payment has been provided▪ You may request changes at any stage of the drawing up until approval. Mistakes are on me, I may decline large changes at later stages.▪ There's few things that I won't do, so don't be scared to ask. But things like highly complex character design may increase the cost, keep this in mind when commissioning me▪ Though I often do respond as fast as I am able, do not expect me to respond outside of business hours

Payment

▪ I accept Ko-Fi, Vgen and Swish ONLY▪ I start on the piece once payment and reference sheet is recieved. It is on you to provide these.▪ For pieces over 100 euro I can do payment plans, either weekly or monthly.

Time of completion

This varies from piece to piece and my current queue. I try to work through my queue month to month. TaT will be announced when I open slots.

▪ Things happen, if I need to take longer than expected I will inform you▪ I can work with deadlines, this may or may not increase the cost▪ (N/A)I rarely WIPs unless requested or I'm wondering something. Progress shots will be posted in my public queue. If you want to be notified of updates you will need to “watch” the card through trello.

Refunds & Cancellation

▪ I accept full refunds up until the final sketch is approved▪ If you request a full refund expect a dollar or so less than the full amount back due to fees on the payment service used▪ You are not allowed to use that sketch, but I may repurpose it for other things like YCHs▪ I can cancel a commission at any time, if I do so without reason I owe you a full refund▪ You can request a partial refund of up to 50% up until I have put down basic shading. The amount varies from commission to commission and what stage I am at.

▪ I have the right to cancel a commission without refund incase a customer is being EXTREMELY rude or incase of other personal reasons between me and the customers (this is not something 99.9% of my customers need to worry about, but I need to be able to protect myself incase of serious situations which has unfortunately happened before)

Sharing & Usage

▪ You must always credit when sharing my art▪ You are free to use my art on things like t-shirts or pillows for personal use as long as you are not making profit.▪ You may NOT use my art commercially unless we have a signed contract▪ Profile pictures do not need to be credited if not possible▪ I reserve the right to use all of my art for marketing purposes, if art will be used for commercial purposes such as prints, this will be stated long before the sketch is started. BUT if you are okay with me using your commission for commercial use, PLEASE do lmk▪ Feel free to share and post as much as you want as long as you are crediting and using the watermarked version. It makes me really happy when people do :)
